Refund and Cancellation Policy
At SkinBliss Medi Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our clients’ satisfaction. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines:
Cancellations
Appointment Cancellations:
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee of 100%.
Package Treatments:
Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
General Terms:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
SkinBliss Medi Spa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
